| We've arrived, and to prove it we're here |
2010, we're still in war, there's chaos all around, the recession, the depression, natural disasters, and even a few man-made disasters... YES! USA MOVES ON TO THE ROUND OF 16!!!
Well, in all consideration, if you've been following the matches you'll most likely agree, everything else can wait till next month, this is the only thing that matters for now! And with Italy (the defending champs) out of the games and competitors like Ghana, Korea, Slovakia and Japan going through it really entices us to wonder if we can make it, how much longer can USA hold on? I doubt they will make it much further yet, what a remarkable surprise so far.
I don't even watch sports normally but, I can't stop following these games, it's become an addiction! You can follow it online as well on http://www.fifa.com or watch the games live on http://www.espn.go.com - USA vs. GHANA this Saturday at 2:30 PM EST.
I know this is entirely unrelated to us in many ways but, what you may not know is that in so many ways, it is related to us (personally) and the state of the world! Every place I've visited or can think of has such a story... (not to mention that one of the brilliant artists that made this video is an accredited designer and a friend and family member of ours)
We can only hope that by reminding people and discussing all the wrongs in this world, one day we will be able to make it right...

That's right! We were just in Guatemala this week and departed Wednesday afternoon (hours prior to the eruption, you can read more bout the eruption here) from Guatemala City. But that's not all... We were actually on Pacaya just the day before! As part of a small group (called Los Dragones) we hiked up to the Volcano with our guide Carlos, as he explained to us that this was a seemingly calm volcano that had some minor eruptions in the recent past that took place in 2005 and 2000. I even asked if there was a 5 year pattern and was assured that there wasn't as the volcano also went off in 1998 (not that it made me feel any more comfortable) however, the lava flows were further down then Carlos witnessed the day before (a warning sign, maybe?). We stood there awe stricken and amazed, watching other tourists roast marshmallows over the lava flows as boulders of volcanic rocks and debris slowly made there way past us at a rate of maybe 7 - 10 feet a minute. By the time we hiked down back to the village of San Juan Vincente we were too exhausted and amazed to consider the risks of an eruption at all. In fact the entire group only mentioned how it was so worth the effort of the hike to see such an amazing spectacle. Now, a small part of me wishes we were there to photograph the eruption if possible and well, the rest of me says, "What were we thinking, climbing up the side of an active volcano?" Well, it's done now, and I'm glad we did it, mainly because we survived without injury...
Here are some photos of Pacaya as it was the day before the eruption:

Some time ago we wrote a post on keeping email synced between multiple computers. Although that's pretty practical across an internal network, most users today are more concerned about syncing their emails with their mobile devices. So we're back again to simplify things for you.
Here's an easy way to get all your email on any device you use.
Alternatively, if you have your own mail servers than all you need to do is set up IMAP access to all your email accounts on all your devices.
